I don't have a team of developers, it's just me. Sometimes the thing you need is development of important components, examples for your team to use, or even templates for them to follow. That's how I can help you in your software projects.
Short-Term Contracts
Sometimes you just need someone to dive in and help your team create something amazing. To support this, I do short-term (i.e. < 3 months) contracting. I can be available part or full-time as a member of your team to get you over a productivity hump.
Project Development
When you don't have the skills in-house, I can help you by coding projects for your organization. This could be in conjunction with your team or completely outsourced. I pride myself in creating self-describing and well-documented code that should be easy for your team to take ownership of.
Exemplars and Templates
Sometimes the best way to teach your team is to give them examples to follow. I can build representative exemplars and/or templates to eliminate repetitive tasks for your developers.
Team Leadership
Keeping your teams up to speed with new technologies can be difficult. I can come in and work with your team in building your project to help them get over the technological jump.
